DREXHOST offers game server hosting (including Minecraft), Discord bot hosting, and related infrastructure services. All services are provided on a subscription or one-time payment basis as outlined in our billing panel.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• DDoS attacks, hacking, or any form of cyber attack against third parties
• Hosting illegal content, malware, or harmful software
• Spamming, phishing, or any fraudulent activities
• Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
• Reselling services without prior authorization from DREXHOST
• Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international laws

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. DREXHOST is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Service Availability

DREXHOST aims to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in our Discord server. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, DDoS attacks beyond our mitigation capacity, or force majeure events.

6. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through our billing portal at billing.drexhost.in. Services are activated upon successful payment confirmation. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Suspension & Termination

DREXHOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data may be deleted. No refunds will be issued for policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

DREXHOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction within India.

1. General Refund Policy

DREXHOST provides a limited refund policy for eligible services. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of DREXHOST management. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Your service was not activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• You experience verified 100% downtime for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
• You submit a refund request within 24 hours of your initial purchase (first-time customers only)
• A technical issue on our end rendered the service completely unusable and we were unable to resolve it

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after service activation
• Suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
• Downtime caused by the user's own configuration errors
• Services that have been used for more than 24 hours
• Partial month refunds for monthly plans
• Add-on services, upgrades, or one-time setup fees
• Downtime caused by DDoS attacks or third-party issues

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

• Open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.drexhost.in
• Provide your order ID and payment proof
• Clearly explain the reason for the refund request
• Submit the request within the eligible timeframe

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. DREXHOST is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting DREXHOST support will result in immediate account termination and may be reported for fraudulent activity. We strongly encourage you to contact support before disputing any charges.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. Upon account deletion request, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
